Abstract: "CBCR" is the short form of "Constitution, Bylaws, and Continuing Resolutions, the ELCA's governing document.
CBCR is an abbreviation of Constitution, Bylaws, and Continuing Resolutions, the ELCA's chief governing document. We didn't intend it, but many of this week's items are CBCR-related.
