Abstract: Houston congregation to include ECP candidates in search for new pastor.
On Sunday, May 20, after years(!) of discernment and conversation, Grace (Houston) voted to consider ECP candidates the congregation's search for a pastor. The resolution approved by the congregation reads in part:
WHEREAS we do not desire to be at odds with our brothers and sisters within the wider church body, but in good conscience we must be true to our call to be inclusive - welcoming and affirming people for who God has created them to be.
